- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawals within reasonable timeframes (for example, 3 - 5 business days), but actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and banking networks. Public holidays and additional checks may extend processing times.
- Withdrawal limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds and may process large withdrawals in instalments. Any such limitations will be communicated in the Service or at the time of your request.
- General rule: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for gameplay. The Operator may, at its discretion and subject to Applicable Law, consider refund requests in cases of clear error, technical failure or documented unauthorised use.
- Bonus-related funds: If a Bonus is cancelled due to breach of Promotion Terms or these Terms, associated winnings may be void. The Operator may adjust balances accordingly, ensuring that Users are not deprived of their own legitimate, non-Bonus funds except where permitted by law and clearly justified.
